Congratulations on taking your first steps to a healthier you.  Building a strong foundation for your body - physically through exercise and healthy eating and mentally through relaxation and spirituality - will promote overall health. You owe it to your family and loved ones to do whatever you can for your health and longevity - most importantly though, you owe it to yourself.  And remember, you are only as old as you feel!

This course is delivered through online learning materials, some video's (accessible through this page and only through World Fitness Academy) and the online exam component. Once you have reviewed the materials and video's, relevant to each section you will be ready to sit the exam (test) section by section.

  • The Skeletal System
  • The Muscular System
  • The Nervous System
  • The Cardio Respiratory System

Also you will have access to a 6 month Beginner, Intermediate or Advanced Training Program according to your own fitness ability.

Assessment / Pass Mark

Assessment is by the online exam with about 5-10 questions in each section to be answered with a pass mark of 100%.  You can sit the exams multiple times to achieve 100%.  You must complete each exam before moving onto the next exam.

Length of the Course / Extension Options

The length of time allocated to this course is 6 month with an extension of 2 months can be purchased for an extra amount of $50.00 USD.  You will receive a reminder email 4 weeks, 2 weeks out and 1 week out from your course expiry date with the ability to extend for an extra 2 months at an extra cost. 


The cost of this course is $350.00 USD


Once you have completed and passed the online exam with more than 100% pass mark you will be automatically have access to your online certificate.  You will be able to print it out immediately. This is the first step to becoming healthier and fitter YOU - Enjoy!.
